My name is Brian Costello and I am just a guy who loves what he does. I don’t have magic powers, I sometimes forget where I left my keys and I eat crisps.
Now that we’ve established that, let me tell you why people find training with me and the rest of the HeadStrong team such an incredible, inspiring experience?
Because I’m also a guy that believes that everyone, given the right tools, can choose to do amazing things with their life and I’m totally committed to do everything in my power to inspire you to make that choice, take that decision and live the life you want to.
I am honest, because I believe honesty unshackles people from their past. I will tell it like it is and press you to do the same so that you can experience the freedom from the masks and cover stories. Honesty is one of my highest values.
If I’m being honest I am incredibly proud of what I do because it has empowered ordinary people to make extraordinary changes to their lives.
