Terms of Use

The Join Gather community has been set up to be inclusive and friendly but we have to have in place some ‘Terms of Use’ just to ensure that everyone knows where they stand and so that things run as safely, smoothly and efficiently as possible.

We have kept them brief but they are very important – please see below, thank you.

Using Gather

As a condition of your use of the Join Gather website, you agree that you will not:

  • Post any threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent material
  • Deliberately mislead other Join Gather members
  • Infringe any third-party right
  • Distribute spam
  • Distribute viruses or any other technology that may harm
  • Copy, modify or distribute other members content without their consent
  • Use information about other members without their consent (including email addresses)
You are responsible for the information that you submit to Join Gather and any consequences that may result from the information that you post.

Gather reserves the right (completely at our discretion) to refuse, amend or delete content that we believe is inappropriate and we reserve the right to refuse registration or restrict any persons usage of the site – either temporarily or permanently.  We hope we don’t have to but we reserve the right to do so just in case.


Report a Problem

Gather does not accept liability for monitoring or for unauthorised or unlawful content on the Join Gather website.

Please report any problems or offensive or inaccurate content to us immediately and we will take steps to investigate and rectify.
